Sorry to hear about what happened, but good for you for escaping that lifestyle. The relationship i'm in with the father of my baby is slowly starting to become abusive and that's actually one of the reasons why i joined calgary moms, so i could meet other people who have been in the same situation as me so i could maybe gain the strength to leave.
