Technical difficulties

Hi,
I paid for my premier membership several days ago by Visa, but I still can't upload a profile picture or add tickers. I've made sure my picture is within the storage limits, but I keep getting failure messages. With my tickers, I keep getting a message that my URL is invalid. Please help! I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.

I am not sure about the picture, what I usually do is just email it to myself in the smallest measurement I can and use that, it works.

As for the ticker, make sure you are using the URL and not the HTML or BBC, copy and paste it into your siggy and it should work.

irfanview is a good picture resizer 100x100 is the size you need

what is the message your getting and can you post what your posting for your ticker

The message I get is "Invalid URL". The ticker URL's I'm trying to post under the My Avatar section are:
http://lb4m.lilypie.com/TPwGm7.png and
http://lb1m.lilypie.com/JqJAm7.png

Is this the right section of My User CP I should be doing this?

yes in your cp is where you edit it all signature and stuff

click edit signature and post the url link in there fully and you can choose to center it too in the big screen area

as for avatar well thats where you upload an image from your computer click the browse at the bottom pick the image you have resized to 100x100 then click save

for your tickers it should be the forum signature bbcode
should look something like this

[url=http://lilypie.com][image img]http://lbym.lilypie.com/IDWNm7.png[/img][/url in here]

with the square brackets I added one to show you
