Calgary Moms Premier Membership Information

Calgary Moms Community is a private site. Our registration is free, but you will have limited access to certain areas of the forums until you become a Premier Member. Premier membership is only $20.00 per year.


How do you become a premier member??

(1) If you haven't already done so, please register a unique username (click here), (please use a correct email address) see #2

(2) Check your email inbox to activate your new member account, This MUST be completed to chat on the boards.

(3) To prove that you want to be a part of our community we do require new members to complete 5 posts before you can become a pre-premier member (access to pay for membership). Log in & post an introduction and 4 other posts.

How to introduce yourself: To post an introduction in the Introduce Yourself forum is quite simple. ((click here)). Click New Thread button just above the thread list on that page to start. Post a topic in the subject bar (ie. Hi! I'm new to Calgary Moms!) Then type a few paragraphs telling a bit about yourself in the text box. Once you have typed out your introduction click the submit button at the bottom.

Having a hard time completing 5 posts? (click here) to access the registered chat forum to ask questions or reply to other posts.

(4) After "Pre-Premier" shows in your profile you have the option to pay to become a premier membership (see below for instructions). Please note: after your required 5 posts have been completed it takes aprox 5-10 minutes for the community program to read that you have move up your membership to "Pre-premier" status. Please be patient.

How to pay for your premier membership:
Once you see "pre-premier member" in your profile simply click on User CP in the main menu. Click on 'Paid Subscriptions' in your control panel. or ((click here)) In the drop down select Membership $20 for year. Payment is made via Visa, M/C or A/E through Paypal online. (instant access)

Do I need a Paypal account to pay? No, now you don't need one. If you go into your user cp and click on Paid Subscriptions click the drop down arrow to show $20.00 and click the "Order" button it brings you up to another page click the "Order using Paypal" button and it brings you to the paypal site.

Don't have a PayPal account?
Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue <-- click the continue link on the paypal page and you can add your credit card info without using or having a paypal account.



Please note: That paying by echeck will take 5-7 working days for the amount to clear you will not have access to the forums until it clears. For instant access you MUST pay via credit card (this usually takes a few minutes to half hour)
